Job Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for integrating online and offline resources and channels, formulate and implement periodic marketing plans based on the company's business needs, and complete sales targets as required.
2. Be responsible for exploring new channels and maintaining customer relationships through existing channels, broadening sales paths, increasing sales volume, and participating in business negotiations and negotiations at the same time.
3. Maintain the relationship between the brand's suppliers and customers, and promptly feedback and coordinate to solve problems that arise during sales.
4. Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data and market conditions to understand and feedback market dynamics and industry information;
5. Be responsible for providing effective guidance to channel distributors;
6. Control key indicators such as product inventory, turnover, and collection, monitor and feedback sales data, write analysis reports in a timely manner, and put forward reasonable suggestions promptly.
7. Accurately collect, evaluate and analyze data on competitors to provide data support for channel and product layout;
8. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
Job Requirements
College degree or above is required. Candidates with experience in e-commerce, cross-border trade, and the new retail industry of fast-moving consumer goods will be given priority.
2. Have a certain understanding of beauty and personal care, nutrition and health care, mother and baby care, and daily household products;
3. Proficient in using office software;
4. Possess excellent business analysis and problem-solving skills, as well as outstanding resource integration and business promotion capabilities.
5. Be responsible, have good stress resistance, strong execution ability and a strong sense of teamwork.
