Job Responsibilities
Participate in formulating the store's development strategy, and based on the annual sales target, develop the store's periodic operation plan to ensure the realization of the sales target.
2. Be responsible for formulating the promotion plan for the store's products and implementing it, evaluating the promotion effect, and analyzing the data on store and product traffic and conversion rates.
3. Based on the search rules of the store platform and user habits, optimize the keywords of product titles, product detail pages, associated sales, store category navigation and home page presentation in the store to increase the conversion rate.
4. Explore and utilize the activity resources on both internal and external platforms, formulate promotion activity plans based on demands, and follow up on the registration and execution effects of the activities.
5. Control key indicators such as product inventory, turnover, and collection, monitor and analyze various operational data, promptly write operational analysis reports, and promptly put forward reasonable suggestions and handle problems.
6. Be responsible for the connection, integration and management of product supply, sales, logistics and other links;
7. Be responsible for collecting market and industry information, analyzing and summarizing competitors and industry information, and providing relevant basis for the formulation of the company's overall strategy;
8. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
Job Requirements
More than 2 years of experience in independently operating a store on Tmall or JD.com; Proficient in the operation rules of Tmall and JD.com, and capable of using various marketing tools within the back-end.
2. Have strong planning and organizing skills for store promotion activities;
3. Be capable of independently completing channel operation management, store operation management, promotion planning and other tasks;
4. Be proficient in conducting marketing activities for different promotion channels and coordinating various resources for their implementation.
5. Have a clear operational idea for e-commerce projects, and possess strong capabilities in market analysis, market positioning, and product planning.
6. Possess certain data analysis and market analysis capabilities;
7. Possess certain stress resistance and organizational skills, and be good at collaborating and communicating with the team.
8. Be responsible, have good execution ability and subjective initiative, and be good at thinking.
9. Candidates with experience in cross-border e-commerce, as well as those with experience in beauty and personal care, mother and baby care, and nutritional health products, will be given priority.
